Fairfield Memorial Hospital (FMH) engaged with Murray Company to provide design/build construction services for a medical arts complex. A series of in-depth meetings helped Murray guide FMH through an evaluation of needs for both staff and patients. Extensive historical cost tracking enabled Murray to provide accurate estimates and revise costs as the hospital’s plan progressed. |
