UnityPoint Health – Fort Dodge is a designated regional referral center offering care in 35 specialties to patients in north central Iowa.
The Fort Dodge Hospital was looking for a construction manager partner to successfully lead multiple addition and renovation projects in an operational facility. Murray has created a team with contractors that have been chosen for multiple projects within the hospital, creating efficiencies and ensuring all team members are familiar with the finishes and fixtures. Every project at the hospital has been completed early, with savings returned to the owner. One challenge with construction in multiple departments has been keeping entries and access open. Wayfinding signage needs are planned, and department contacts are kept up to date on upcoming work so all staff is aware of the next steps. |
