A critical access acute care hospital in southeast Missouri offering private rooms, a full continuum of medical and surgical services and emergency services.
Murray and Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital have collaborated on two projects, delivered as construction management at risk and design-build. Both utilized an integrated design process focused on the design program, value and schedule. Elected board members manage the hospital and are involved in the selection process for the construction manager and subcontractors. Murray created bid packages that solicited local participation, which was very important to board members. The board carefully reviewed all proposed Smart Choices®, options that positively influence budget and schedule without sacrificing clinical outcomes, to achieve the best value for the hospital. |
