Murray was engaged by the hospital board in 2010 to complete an assessment of the existing facility. In the first year working together, the board relied on the Murray assessment to secure 75% of the communities’ support to proceed with a tax increase to implement the proposed changes. Murray helped the board evaluate several potential sites and was part of the new hospital’s design team. |
