Project Executive/ Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a full-time Project Executive/Senior Project Manager to join our team. Our Project Executive/Senior Project Manager role is office-based, located at our office in St. Louis, MO and consists of meeting with owners and design teams, managing and guiding the pre-construction activities, procurement, construction, closeout, and 1 year walk thru process. You will lead teams through all phases of the project including but not limited to:

- Assist Project Developer with a Masterplan, project set-up & feasibility, programming, design and pre-construction, procurement strategy and buy-out process.
- Lead the procurement process to ensure our projects and trade partners are set-up for success prior to awarding contracts.
- Lead the project team with the Superintendent to ensure compliance with applicable company, owner, and regulatory requirements related to safety and infection control.
- Build relationships through networking and involvement with clients, industry, and community organizations.
- Lead and leverage internal resources to mentor and develop project coordinators, project engineers, and project managers.
- Plan, develop, and supervise all scheduling functions for project including schedule development, updates, progress reporting and problem analysis to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Develop, plan and report all aspects of the financial management of the project.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all quality control with your teammates.
- Develop and implement a communication plan to manage the clients expectations and keep the entire project team well informed.
- Help the company respond to RFP’s and present on project interviews to help Murray win work.
- Develop a personal development plan for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Construction industry experience related to project pursuits, including estimating, project management, or business development required. (Healthcare Experience is preferable)
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated experience leading partnering and teaming agreements
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
- Knowledge of estimating and project management software including Timberline Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, & Procore Project Management software are preferred
- Certification preferred - CHC Certified through ASHE
